Meet our amazing president, Vincent "Flat Feet" Le! He's the life of the party and is always off on one road trip or another (he loves road trips). Vincent is the best person to talk to when you need a laugh or even just some advice—so childlike yet so wise. He's always down for a good time and enjoys a few cheeky drinks when he isn't being a responsible family guy, baking in his family's bakery! His motto is, "I'll try my best," and rest assured, he definitely will, making this year's ASOC experiences unforgettable.

Meet Krishna 'The Big K' Ragavan ASOC's active and beloved Vice President of Activities. Despite Krishna often looking a bit homeless, 'The Big K' is undoubtedly a legend, infamous amongst the whole actuarial cohort. While 'The K' could stand for many things, one thing that Krishan stands for is making sure that ASOC events are a 'KREAT' time because he's one of the most down to earth and chill guys you'll meet so make sure to say hi and critique his haircut when you see him at one of ASOC's events throughout the year

Introducing ASOC's one and only Vice president of Externals! He's an academic weapon dominating case competitions by day, and he's tearing up the dance floor at raves by night. Known for his contagious energy and unbeatable friendliness, he's always ready for a good chat and an even better drink (just steer clear of Long Islands unless you want a hospital story to tell). If you see him around, don't hesitate to say hi! With him at ASOC events, you're in for a guaranteed good time, and maybe a lesson or two on how to have an AWESOME, LOVEly first-year camp experience.

Meet our friendly and approachable Vice President of Internals, Olivia! Always up for a chat, she lights up every room with her warmth and enthusiasm. Olivia is a big foodie at heart, and is always exploring the latest viral TikTok spots and knows all the best matcha cafes and hidden gems – so if you need a recommendation, she's got you covered! Beyond her love for all things food, Olivia has a serious soft spot for adorable trinkets like Smiskis, Sonny Angels, and Labubus (though her Smiski collection might be getting a little out of hand).

Introducing Michelle Chen, our bubbly and unmysterious Treasurer! While she loves to not keep us guessing, one thing's clear—Michelle's obsession with Sonny Angels and Smiski figurines is no secret. Don't be alarmed if she whips out her collection mid-event; just admire the dedication….When she's not organising ASOC's finances, you can find her dominating on the netball court, where she absolutely cooks the competition with her beastly skills. Keep an eye out for Michelle at our events—you'll get a glimpse of her playful energy, and maybe even her chalant side!

Introducing the BRAWN of the dynamic Events Directors this year, ZAC MODESTO. Don't be intimidated by his looming height and glorious physique, this ginger individual is one of the most outgoing and warm-hearted people on the planet. If you ever see him at uni, don't be shy to chat, whether it be about his luscious hair, league of legends or, … his hair. With Zac around, every ASOC event is guaranteed to be a legendary experience - although if you're ever on the receiving end of his witty remarks, consider yourself officially "MODESTO'ED".

Meet the best that the Le family has to offer… Daniel Le!! ASOC's biggest hunk and resident gym rat is not someone to be feared and is one of the most approachable and genuine people you will meet. He brings the ENERGY and any ASOC event is truly not complete without Mr Le's contagious laughter. Daniel is also a rave connoisseur and ALWAYS down for a cheeky drink! It's not all muscle though, this intellectual man is an academic weapon and COMM2501 demon who loves a good study sesh. Odds are however, you will be helping Daniel track down his belongings all year long (probably his Owala) after every event.

Introducing Swetha! If you are feeling peckish or need someone to eat with, Swetha is the one for you. She's always eating. Literally always. A fun fact about her is that she has been banned from an all you can eat company for eating 15 plates of food, she almost caused the company to go bankrupt. With all those carbs to burn off, it's no wonder she's such a fantastic swimmer—gliding through the water is how she powers through and leaves it all behind. If you see Swetha around feel free to say hi, she loves meeting new people and would love to meet you.

Both a baller on court and off court, Suhas loves making up freestyle rap so feel free to challenge him to a battle any time. He loves Chinese snacks and CNK is his favourite restaurant. With a zest for life, Suhas is always chefing it up (but not in the kitchen). According to Daniel, Suhas has the cutest smile in all of ASOC and would love to say hi to you!

Meet Tina, ASOC's beloved genius from Orange!!! Never in your life will you come across someone who loves riddles and puzzles as much as her (Don't ever challenge her). If you somehow decide to Break Bad and become Walter White, make sure you consult Tina for all her Chemistry knowledge. Need a shoulder to cry on throughout your treacherous actll journey?? Tina is the perfect go-to person who is always happy to lend an ear! Come along to ASOC's social events and meet this one-of-a-kind personnels to brighten up your day one laugh at a time.

Meet ASOC's resident baller, ex-NBA superstar and one of our Sports Directors - Austin Ahkoon. When he's not breaking ankles on the court, or planning out ASOC's next sports event - you'll probably find him drinking - yet somehow never getting drunk. Austin always has a smile on his face, and is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet - so if you see him around at ASOC events make sure to say hi, and test your skills against him in a 1-on-1 (vodka shots or basketball) if you're feeling brave.

STAN CAROL ZHANG FOR CLEAR GLASSY SKIN! Our very own careers director also happens to be a half-mara completionist, an overexcited book-worm and a social media star! If you check out her tiktok (what are you doing if you haven't!!), what you see is what you get. If you are in a room full of people and Carol isn't the most vibrant in the room, you must be in the presence of the literal sun. If you don't trust that, then feel free to say hi to her when you see her and find out for yourself!!

Judicious. Joker. Josh "Big Brain" Bewley. Meet one of our Careers Directors! He is truly a hardworking and dedicated yapper who brings great energy to every room he enters. When in the Thick of It, he will unironically belt out KSI's lyrics for a laugh or drop some career wisdom drawn from his stellar Co-op experiences. Whether you need guidance on career planning, study tips, or just someone to share a laugh with, Josh is always ready to inspire, support, and keep things entertaining. Reach out—he's got your back!

Introducing SANDY TRANDY! Our sweet and approachable Publication Director, with a purr-fect blend of cat-loving energy and passion for illustrations! Sandy is always there for you when you need a helping hand or an extra player for League (just don't offer her fruit unless you want to be politely rejected) If you see her waddling around campus, don't be afraid to say hi or have a chat—she's always up for a laugh and love to meet all of you!

Meet our ever-smiley and energetic Publications Director, Vanessa! With her endless positivity and artistic talent, she's the creative force behind ASOC's publications. As a gifted artist, her incredible paintings and drawings never fail to impress and inspire. Believe it or not, Vanessa went through a full-on emo phase in high school, complete with the all-black wardrobe and moody vibes. These days, though, she's all about bright colours and cheerful energy! Whether it's through her amazing drawings or her contagious smile, Vanessa is always bringing creativity and good vibes to the table.

Introducing one of our Multimedia directors Jennifer CHU CHU! With her long legs she is a badminton GOAT, able to beat any opponent. In her free time you'll catch her exploring nice cafes, finding good matcha, taking instaworthy photos everywhere she goes (as expected of our multi director!). When she's not out and about, you'll catch her LOCKED IN, as she conquers all her compsci and actl courses. She is also pochaco's number one fan, and you'll catch her obsessing over anything pocacho. She is super friendly, so if you see her at any ASOC event come and say hi!

An absolute GOAT. A DESTROYER of all blue tag boulders. A villian. Su nombre es KAI TAN. Make sure to say hi when you see him! You're bound to have endless laughs and a good time. Think you're a lightweight? Don't worry! His head is already in the toilet after a shot. But don't get fooled he's unbelievably headstrong and locked in so ask him anything you'd like! This guy will be co-directing all of the ASOC videos so stay up to date for all the glory. Also if you win a 1v1 Yasuo on league he will give you $5. PROMISE.

Introducing ASOC's very own gym rat, Austin Guo! If you somehow catch him not debugging the ASOC website, he's likely scrolling through cat reels on Insta or planning the coolest R and SQL workshops. As a familiar face, you are guaranteed an excellent IT director, who's bound to put a smile on everyone's faces. Kid you not, he is always down to do anything you suggest and you're guaranteed to walk away with infinite wisdom and a unique insight into the mind of a compsci prodigy. So what are you waiting for: READY, STEADY, GUO!

Introducing Nick Guot - the man, the myth, the legend. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet, known for his ever-present smile and approachable personality. But don't let that charm fool you - he is a powerhouse of intelligence and you can ALWAYS trust him for academic advice. Whether you're debugging code, struggling with assignments, or just need someone to brighten your day, Nick's your guo-to! When he's not busy studying to maintain his insanely high WAM, you'll likely catch him dominating on the uni basketball courts with his sharp moves and unmatched energy. Becoming friends with Nick will be one of the best choices you ever make in life!

Time for a round of applause for ASOC's biggest brain and forehead, Danny Liu, our other legendary HR director for 2025! Don't be deceived by his shiny, two-hand-sized, elephantine forehead- it's a vault of academic firepower, complete with a built-in calculator. With a photographic memory that leaves no detail unchecked and his knack for dropping comical Chinese phrases into conversations, Danny keeps everyone entertained and on track. Just don't ask him to step outside on a windy day—his worst nightmare—when the breeze unveils his magnificent forehead in all its glory (don't forget to take a photo).

ASOC proudly presents our very own NBA prospect x GOAT, Ianish!!! When he's not looking confused, Ianish is grinding away through his mountains of extracurriculars, seamlessly excelling at everything he does!? Be careful though, if you come within a 5-metre radius of him he'll drop the most indecipherable slang terms that make no sense to anyone but himself :D. All jokes aside Ianish is someone that never fails to make you laugh and HR is in good hands with the infamous Ianish x Danny deadly duo.
