Ball Ticket Design Competition

Ever fancied yourself as a graphic designer? Bedazzle us with your creativity and artistic prowess by submitting what you want to be the ticket design for the 2008 Joint Actuarial Student Society Ball and we'll reward you with a FREE ticket if chosen as the winning design!

Ball Ticket Design Competition Rules

1. You may submit as many entries as you like.
2. Designs from non-ASOC members can be submitted under an ASOC member's name, to whom the prize will be given.
3. Designs do not necessarily have to incorporate the theme of the Ball in the design but should be appropriate given the theme.
4. Entries close midnight 16^th of August. Late designs will not be accepted.

5. Please submit your design to social@asoc.unsw.edu.au with the following info displayed clearly:

JASS Annual Ball 2007

Theme: Masquerade

Date: Friday 3^rd of October 2008

Time: 7pm-12am

Venue: Dockside, Cockle Bay Wharf

Dress Code: Formal

Along with the
logos of the sponsors for the JASS Ball 2008. (Email social@asoc.unsw.edu.au for logos)

- Entries should be saved as a JPEG and will be printed to be 14.5cm x 4cm or 8.5cm x 5.5cm.
6. The Ball team and ASOC executives will be given 1 vote each and can submit an entry but must
forfeit their vote to do so.

7. The winner will be contacted by email and will receive a prize of 1 free ticket to the JASS Ball 2008.

8. The winner must give ASOC the right to print and distribute the design.
